Gena Lovett Joins Shiloh Industries Board Of Directors

VALLEY CITY, OHIO, AUGUST 27, 2019 – Shiloh Industries (NASDAQ: SHLO), an industry leader of lightweighting, noise, and vibration solutions, announces the addition of Ms. Gena Lovett to their board of directors.

Lovett served as vice president of operations, defense, space and security for  The Boeing Company until June 2019, leaving to pursue her Ph.D. in Values Driven Leadership from Benedictine University. Prior to Boeing, she served in various leadership roles, including chief diversity officer and director of manufacturing, forgings at ALCOA, Inc. and before that she worked for Ford Motor Company for 15 years in various supervisory and management positions including plant manager.

Lovett earned a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA in International Business  from Baker Center for Graduate Studies.
