  • Information We Collect Automatically Through Our Site. We automatically collect Information through your use of our Site. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites or applications.

For example, in the United States our career portal is powered by a third party and any Information (including your name, Social Security number, contact information, employment history, education history, gender, and ethnicity) is subject to the Kronos privacy policy, not this one. In Europe, the same applies to the eRecruiter privacy policy.

Security

We have taken steps to help protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your device and account by, among other things, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

Children

Our Site and Services are not targeted to children under thirteen (13) years of age and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will promptly delete such Personal Information from our systems.

Notice to Non-U.S. Residents

We may transfer your Personal Information outside the country in which it is collected (e.g., to the United States), including to a country that may not offer the same level of protection for Personal Information as the country in which you reside.
