Ramzi Y. Hermiz
President and CEO
Mr. Hermiz was named President and CEO of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on Sept. 04, 2012. Mr. Hermiz has extensive senior management experience in the automotive parts industry. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hermiz served since 2009 as senior vice president, vehicle safety and protection of Federal-Mogul Corporation ("Federal-Mogul"), a publicly held company, and was a member of Federal-Mogul's strategy board since 2005. He served as senior vice president, aftermarket products and services from 2007 to 2009 and senior vice president of sealing systems from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Hermiz held various senior management positions after joining Federal-Mogul in 1998 in connection with its acquisition of Fel-Pro, Inc..
Anthony M. Parente
Vice President, Engineering and Technology
Mr. Parente was named Vice President, Engineering and Chief Technology Officer of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on January 1, 2011. In 2012, Mr. Parente assumed responsibility for all Manufacturing Operations while continuing to oversee Engineering and Technology on an interim basis. Previously Mr. Parente served as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations of Shiloh Industries, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. Prior to his appointment as Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Mr. Parente held the position of Group General Manager from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Parente also served as Plant Manager of the Ohio Welded Blank Division from 2001 to 2004. Mr. Parente joined the Company through its acquisition of MTD Automotive in 1999, where he had progressed effectively through different technical assignments. Mr. Parente began his career at MTD Automotive as an electrical apprentice in 1979.
Thomas M. Dugan
Vice President, Finance and Treasurer
Mr. Dugan was named Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Shiloh Industries, Inc. on January 31, 2011. Previously, Mr. Dugan served as the Company's Treasurer from 2001 to 2011. Mr. Dugan began his tenure with Shiloh as Director of Finance and held that position from 1999 to 2001. Before arriving at Shiloh, Mr. Dugan served as Director of Finance at Carter Lumber Company, a Midwest chain of over 250 retail and contractor yards. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Dugan held various positions at Ernst & Young, serving automotive and heavy manufacturing companies.
Tres F. Kline
Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Mr. Kline was named Vice President, Sales and Business Development on June 1, 2011. During 2010, Mr. Kline owned and operated an independent business consulting practice. Prior to leading his business consulting practice, Mr. Kline worked for General Motors for over 30 years. During his tenure at General Motors, Mr. Kline held the following positions: Global Director of Purchasing, Global Director of Manufacturing Engineering, Director of Planning, and many increasingly responsible positions in Manufacturing Operations.
